What is refund policy?

Please review our refund policy carefully because they are the terms of sale. Please send your refund request to the , we will refund your money if you are meeting from any of the following condition.

Dissatisfaction from product:

HairHerbal™ offers full refund if you are not satisfied with results after complete treatment of 3 months. We will refund all amount excluding shipping charges to the originating credit card bank account. (All products have shipping charges from 20 USD to so on. If we are providing any product with free shipping charges, it is just discount but still involves shipping charges. You should not consider it as ZERO shipping charges).

Damaged Product:

In some rare cases product may be damage and NOT able to use, you can claim refund or re-shipment of your order. You need to claim refund within 3 days of receiving your product and show us original photo of product as prove.

We reserve the right to NOT accept refund if items seal has been opened.

Registered Shipment:

If you have ordered and your order is traceable via your tracking code, and shipment is held on customs (rare cases) of your country, then we are NOT responsible for refund or re-shipment.

Unregistered Shipment:

If you have ordered, and your order is not traceable via tracking code (missing order, or detained by our customs) you can claim refund within 15 days of order. We will full refund the amount that you have been paid.
